Hi there! 👋

I'm Louise - a passionate believer that marketing at its best is human. My mission has always been to bring out the heart of the story, moving beyond products, speeds, and feeds to connect people through experiences that truly resonate.

This blog is my space to reflect on that journey. One built on empathy, curiosity, and connection. Through The Marketing Human and my podcast Uncomfortable Conversations, I explore what it really means to lead, communicate, and create with authenticity.

In 2025, I was honoured to be named Executive Mentor of the Year at the CRN Women in Channel Awards, and a finalist for Role Model of the Year. The judges recognised my commitment to mentoring across experience levels - from the C-Suite to those just starting out - and my work across platforms like podcasting and LinkedIn to amplify real, human stories in our industry.

I’m on a mission to keep humanising marketing, one story, one conversation, and one connection at a time.
